Christmas Cards

2015 Co-Worker Christmas Cards

The papers and stickers from Doodlebug’s Frosty Friends collection were featured in the cards I made for my co-workers this past Christmas.  I created embellishments from Impression Obsessions pine dies #DIE112-D and DIE097-M, Sizzix Tim Holtz Holiday Greens #658759, CC Designs Icicle Border, and the holly and pine branches from Elizabeth Craft Designs Candle set #919.

I kept the inside simple with more paper from the Frosty Friends collection, the CC Designs icicle border, and two Merry Christmas dies.

2014 Co-Worker Christmas Cards

The last couple of years, I have made Christmas cards for all of the people in my department at work — about 30 people.  You can drive yourself nuts trying to make that many cards, so I have been opting for cards that can be reproduced quickly but still look very nice.  Here are some samples from last year.  As you can see, I chose a paper collection that provided the main focal images, then used other pattern papers and die-cuts to make each card unique in its own way.  Even though I used the same sentiment stamp inside, again I was able to change up the look just by choosing different ink colors, paper colors, and die-cuts.  Hope you enjoy the cards — I am already working on this year’s cards and hope to have samples for you soon.
